Printmaking with Amanda Chesney

Join teaching artist Amanda Chesney in the Print Studio to learn why Gelli Plate printmaking is becoming one of the most popular methods of making prints by hand.

You'll start with a limited color pallet to gain the foundational skills of mark-making, masking, and "ghost prints" before moving on to explore layering, stencils, and a full spectrum of transparent and opaque inks.

No drawing experience required as this technique allows you to build from existing images as well as print using found objects like containers, leaves, or fabrics. Get ready to be creative and have some inky fun!
