Aug. 13 as Dr. Keith Dunton, an Associate Professor at Monmouth University, discusses his research on the survival rates of sharks that are caught for commercial and recreation harvest. Species, including Sandbar and Sand Tiger sharks, are prohibited for harvest but are caught incidentally. Dr. Dunton will discuss his work investigating the survival rates of these species when they are caught and released.
